SHIPPING AND RETURNS
How will my artwork be shipped?
We take great care in the shipping of each and every order to ensure that your order arrives safely. All original artwork and print reproductions will be shipped with the appropriate packaging to ensure an absolutely safe delivery, and will be shipped via UPS Ground with tracking. All hand-lettered art prints and greeting cards will be shipped via USPS Parcel Post.
When Can I expect my order?
All original artwork will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order being placed, and from there, should arrive via UPS Ground in 1-5 business days.
All giclée print reproductions will be shipped within 3 weeks of your order, and from there, should arrive via UPS Ground in 1-5 business days.
All art prints and greeting cards will be shipped within 3-5 days of your order being placed, and from there, should arrive within 1 week via USPS Parcel Post.
What if I live locally? Can I pick up my order in person and save money on shipping costs?
Yes! In fact, we would love to have the chance to meet you. If you are able to pick up your piece, we would greatly welcome it. We offer order pick up by appointment on Fridays and Saturdays, and will meet you in a convenient spot in the town of Barrington, Illinois (60010). In addition, we offer a 15% discount on all stretched canvas orders- both originals and reproductions (this excludes unstretched canvas prints), if you are able to pick up your order in person. Why are some pieces only available for local pick up?
We are not willing to ship various pieces due to their size and value. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship prints and reproductions internationally, and do not ship any stretched canvases internationally. All stretched painting orders (both originals and reproductions) and any original product purchases to an overseas address will be refunded. If you would like to have a print or reproduction shipped to an international address, please contact us for a quote.
What is your return policy?
Every order and sale is handled with extreme intentionality and integrity. Our goal is for you to be completely thrilled with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund, but you must cover all shipping charges, and we must receive your original piece or shipping confirmation within 7 days of your receiving your order. You will be refunded when we receive the piece back and are able to inspect it. Your order must be returned in the original condition in which it was received.
